Registered Jordan for kindergarten

This morning we registered Jordan for next year’s school semester - he will be in kindergarten 1! Time flies so fast. He’s all grown up now.

Just last night he had a bout of food poisoning and vomited a few times. We felt really sorry for him and it was a scary experience for him as well. He kept on asking us why it happened and he was also scared that we were angry at him as he vomited on my in-laws’ sofa.

He looked a little calm after we told him that we were not angry at him and there could be many reasons why it happened. We also told him everyone vomits once in a while. Then he asked each one of us (me, my wife and my in-laws) if we ever vomit when we were young.

After each of us answered that we did, then he looked calm.

My dear Jordan, life will be a long journey, there will be many, many more scary experiences that you will face. And we hope to be there and comfort you when you need us.

Awww.. I miss him leh.
