Dylan’s Birthday Party

Last week Jordan was invited to Dylan’s 2nd birthday in Luyang and we tagged along with him. He really likes parties, I mean who doesn’t right? But we used it as an excuse to get him to school every morning last week. We will say to him when he gets cranky going to the showers “remember Jordan, x more days to baby Dylan’s party!!!” (x equals 5 minus current day of the cranky morning). That would get him to say “quick daddy! bring me to the showers already!”.

Nothing much I can say about the party except that the house is like a mansion. Visiting their bathroom made me add “jacuzzi” into my Christmas wish list this year. Don’t ask us why we managed to get into their bathroom on their child’s bday party.

I also spent much of the time watching Manchester Utd whizzed past a hapless West Ham 4-1 on a giant LCD TV screen (my 2nd item on the list).

Anyway, these are the only pictures I took of that night (yeah I know, I forgot to take pics of the jacuzzi).

Kids like bees swarming around the “Cars” cake. Jordan trying to be the nearest to the cake ~ even Dylan’s brother Connor was pushed back (sorry bout that Connor).

Finally Jordan managed to get her attention and all he wanted to tell was “Cars is also my favourite cake”. Okay Jordan, don’t worry, favourite or not, you’ll still get the yummy cake.
