Aftermath of the party

Just like when Jordan had his 4th birthday party last year, his playroom was abuzz with children playing during Jewel’s fullmoon party. My wife and I kept more than half of his toys earlier, especially the smaller ones so it will be easier to clean up later.

However, where there’s children there’s always laughter. But when there’s a lot of children fueled by gassy drinks and chocolate cakes, added with the excitement of a party and meeting new friends, chaos will surely follow. There was still no escaping a messy room.

Throughout the party, I can remember 4 children crying – including Jordan who was knocked on the knee by someone (I can’t recall who). At one time he was also really angry as his Ben 10 picture was passed around until he couldn’t get his hands on to it. Fearing for its safety, I took the picture and kept it in my room.

Her cousin Allyssa also fell off a car toy and suffered a small cut to her upper lip.

Elmo suffered the worst – his eyes popped and thrown on top of a fluffy chicken

My cousin Fran also had a hard time getting home as her little boy kept using his magic trick of escaping from her clutches and disappear into the crowds of children. 1 kid was crying as his daddy bid us goodbye.

Jordan’s 4 Wheel Drive also suffered an accident – according to witnesses the car flung a few feet onto the air before crash landing on its top. Unlike my “hit and run” case earlier in the week, the mommy (si Fran lagi) duly apologized to me…

… and proceeded to take a picture of the car’s plate number to buy the 4D haha. Actually we were joking about the car being in an accident and the number will go out on the lottery. I didn’t even know the car had a number! So when she checked there was a number, she took note of it.

Not sure lah kalau mau beli betul2 TAPI kalau kena, kasi sikit ah B. So I can buy new toys for Jordan
