A night at 1Borneo

Last Saturday, we spent our evening with our good friend Didi and her family. We wanted to treat all of them to a nice dinner at Fish & Co. because Didi has been giving Jordan a ride from his kindergaten to the nursery every afternoon.
The restaurant has a great promotion now, for every main course ordered, you can get a free kid’s meal. So there were 4 adults and 4 kids, ngam2 bah. So we only paid for the adults’ meal. Yeay!
The kids making their choices.

The guitarists entertaining the guests. I wasn’t planning on giving them a tip since we didn’t call for them but not to be cheap, I gave them RM5. Then Didi whipped out RM10, so they ended up getting RM5 each just singing 3 songs. No wonder they were giving us a big smile whenever they pass our table.
After that, we checked out the Christmas decorations at the Centre Atrium and I can only say “wow”. Too bad they were charging RM10 entrance fee to have your pictures taken next to the fairies. Well at least we can shoot from the front.

Jordan with his new gift, a Ben10 cap with Tabitha and Danica.
It would be a miracle if you are with kids and leave 1Borneo without spending your time (and dime) at Boo Boo Land.
Wheeee - Jordan checking out what makes his spaceship move.
I’m driving!
The total spent by all of us in the amusement centre ALMOST matched the dinner. RM5 for each kiddy ride? Man - I wished I own the place.
Jordan was drenched in sweat and we dragged the kids out at 10.30pm. We were surprised to see all of the shops were already closed. Noisy bah that place, we thought 1Borneo was still buzzing with people.
Our little boy knocked himself out in the car and was sleeping on the way back. He truly enjoyed it. I think all the kids enjoyed themselves that night.
