Okay before you fill up the complaint form, I will admit it myself - THIS POST IS LONG OVERDUE! I procrastinate too much (you know it took me almost 2 minutes just to write that word, why lah they make that word so hard to spell. Then after I’ve typed the correct spelling, my brain told me I could’ve used the word lazy). That’s it, I will not write a blog post at 1am in the morning again.
Back to the topic, our princess Jewel Trinity had her 1st birthday party on Friday 28th Aug 2009, right on her actual birthday. Actually we didn’t want to do it on a Friday but the restaurant was booked over the weekends so we had no choice. Read the rest of this entry »
Jordan really finds the “Phenomenon” video by Kermit the Frog and Sandra Bullock funny. I recorded the following on his 50th (plus minus 5) viewing the same video!
During the Raya holidays, we treated my nephew who scored well in his studies last semester (3.5 bah tu). So we had dinner at Cube Restaurant & Wine Lounge, City Mall. Of course we told Jordan that we were going to a fancy and special restaurant.
Everything about the place and the food (and price) was nice as expected. However Jordan had a little complaint while we were ordering. He wanted Milo as usual but they didn’t have that, which he promptly blurted out to the waiter:
Fancy restaurant but no milo??
Awkward but we laughed it off.
If that wasn’t enough, he even asked us:
People working at fancy restaurant never seen a baby before kah?
This was because 3 staffs went to our table to tickle and tried to cuddle Jewel. Of course they were being nice to us (can’t help it Jewel is really cute as well!) as we were the only customers at that time (7pm and already hungry!). Luckily Jordan only said that after they’ve left our table.
I’m sure Jordan has a slightly different view of “fancy restaurants” from now on.
