A big change happened in the family this year, most notably in the mornings – we are out of the house by 6.15am! Yes Jordan is in Primary 1 and class starts at 7am.
To make time for him to get his breakfast at the canteen and escape the traffic jam, that means by 5am the day’s activity has begun, started first by my wife, followed by me, Jordan and Jewel.
Weekdays morning of showering & dressing up all in an hour – phew. The weird thing is, it feels like you are the only ones who are awake that early but then when you reach school, there are people already had their breakfast and school kids are passing the entrance in numbers.
This is a compilation video of Jordan dancing to a catchy chinese song. Actually we have a DVD of the concert from the school but since the camera was focusing from side to side, I replaced the clip with my own clip whenever it is focusing on the other boys.
If the view is closer and darker, then that would be mine. There is also a clip taken by my brother-in-law, so basically this is 3 video combined into 1!
On Halloween night, when other people were dressing up as ghouls, the parents of LBC Kindergarten 2 preschoolers were dressed up for the school’s graduation night.
It was a proud moment for us and all parents alike to see their kids graduating from kindergarten, next year all these innocent and fun-loving miniature humans will start serving prison time we adults call school. They have to be ready for class by 7am already as opposed to 8.15am currently in the kindergarten, I can already imagine my sleepy face when sending Jordan to school next year.
Okay before you fill up the complaint form, I will admit it myself – THIS POST IS LONG OVERDUE! I procrastinate too much (you know it took me almost 2 minutes just to write that word, why lah they make that word so hard to spell. Then after I’ve typed the correct spelling, my brain told me I could’ve used the word lazy). That’s it, I will not write a blog post at 1am in the morning again.
Back to the topic, our princess Jewel Trinity had her 1st birthday party on Friday 28th Aug 2009, right on her actual birthday. Actually we didn’t want to do it on a Friday but the restaurant was booked over the weekends so we had no choice. Read the rest of this entry »
Jordan really finds the “Phenomenon” video by Kermit the Frog and Sandra Bullock funny. I recorded the following on his 50th (plus minus 5) viewing the same video!
